Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable restaurant.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
4. Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine pairings and specialty cocktails.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
9. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays if required.
10. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
