- Sales Representative
Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and provide suitable insurance solutions to clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated with industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance sales processes and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends is an advantage
- Underwriter
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insurance applications and assess risks to determine policy eligibility and terms
- Analyze medical records, financial statements, and other relevant documents to make informed underwriting decisions
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance and support on underwriting guidelines and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of underwriting decisions
- Stay updated with industry regulations and underwriting best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting, preferably in the life insurance industry
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulations
- Professional certifications in underwriting are desirable
- Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and general insurance-related queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of life insurance products and policies is an advantage
- Actuary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct actuarial analysis to assess risk, evaluate financial implications, and determine appropriate insurance pricing
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and databases to support business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to provide actuarial support for product development, pricing strategies, and financial planning
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate actuarial findings to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Relevant actuarial certifications (e.g., ASA, FSA, ACAS, FCAS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., Excel, VBA, SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
