  1. Underwriter

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate insurance applications and assess risks to determine policy eligibility and terms
  • Analyze medical records, financial statements, and other relevant documents to make informed underwriting decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance and support on underwriting guidelines and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of underwriting decisions
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and underwriting best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting, preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulations
  • Professional certifications in underwriting are desirable
  1. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and general insurance-related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information as required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and policies is an advantage
  1. Actuary

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct actuarial analysis to assess risk, evaluate financial implications, and determine appropriate insurance pricing
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models and databases to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide actuarial support for product development, pricing strategies, and financial planning
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate actuarial findings to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Relevant actuarial certifications (e.g., ASA, FSA, ACAS, FCAS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., Excel, VBA, SQL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
