As a Limousine Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and luxurious transportation services to our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from the hotel in a luxurious limousine.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
• Assist guests with their luggage and ensure it is securely loaded and unloaded from the vehicle.
• Familiarize yourself with the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Keep the limousine clean, well-maintained, and fully fueled at all times.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a logbook to record details of trips, including mileage, destinations, and passenger information.
• Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license, preferably with a professional driving designation.
• Proven experience as a Limousine Driver or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roads, routes, and landmarks.
• Impeccable customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in stressful situations.
• Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when necessary.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
