Production Supervisor Job In Perfume Factory, We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our esteemed perfume factory. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the daily production activities in the perfume factory.
2. Coordinate and schedule production orders, ensuring timely execution and adherence to production plans.
3. Monitor production lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality.
4. Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
5. Train and develop production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee growth.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of finished goods.
7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
8. Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and resource utilization.
9. Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, implementing best practices and recommending equipment upgrades or modifications.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemical engineering, industrial management) or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a perfume or cosmetics manufacturing environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of perfume production processes, equipment, and materials.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving production issues.
6. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production targets.
7. Solid understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance in the perfume industry.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams.
9. Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
10. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
