Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in a high-end hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using security equipment, including CCTV systems and access control devices.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A clean criminal record and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
