Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Dubai, We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and smooth workflow, accuracy in inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and organize daily activities to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic audits.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse activities, including productivity, inventory levels, and KPIs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
